El Mariachi II in Hamilton

Very disappointed in the call in orders for pick-up. They were told 3 times what our order was and Both were totally wrong. When asked about it they got very nasty with us and pretty much told us to leave. .I WILL NEVER GO BACK. .VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE..very disappointed in them..

Food was really good (Chimichanga & fajitas). We got mango margaritas-delicious! Service was really good too!

I didn't dislike it but the atmosphere wasn't my speed. To each their own I guess. 😉

All the food is massive, come here if you want a good hearty filling meal

Great food! I had the shrimp fajitas and it was very good! We had frozen margarita's and they were excellent! We will definitely be back soon!

It's no wonder this restaurant has been in business so long. The service and food are outstanding. While dining in, we noticed they are following guidelines for social distancing, masks, etc. It was a great experience and I'm glad we chose to have lunch here when restaurant visits are few and far between these days.

Really warm atmosphere. Everyone was really nice and the food was delicious.Never have to wait and the service is fast. Food is always hot and delicious.Would recommend for delicious food at a reasonable price with excellent service.

Called and was told no wait for two, we were already on their street so we pulled in but when we got inside there were two couples waiting to be seated and there was a 25-30 minute wait. I really hate being lied to, bad form El Mariachi! Drove 5 miles to El Rancho Nuevo after they said no wait and though they were packed it was no wait! We’ll give El Mariachi another chance but management needs to stop the stack then at the door and lie if need be!

Nasty ice cold slime food very gross. Not a clean restaurant. I will never return

Never had any issues eating here. The food has always been pretty good. I personally love the burrito loco.

The food was good and the waiters were fast about the food. Given, I went a bit early so it wasn't as busy but still nice! The food was good, no complaints here nor by my family! Thank you for the food!!

Just moved to Ohio and couldn't be more happier to find my new favorite place. They have authentic Mexican food and a killer jumbo House Margarita on the rocks. Their fieta chimmychunga was out of this world!! The cheese on the top of it was scrumptious with it. I would highly recommend El Mariachi. I can't wait to come back soon 😍

A little slow on getting food out but tasted excellent

I was just in there, the workers can’t even understand what you are saying. they argued with me about what I ordered and then gave me the wrong food. So when i went back in to get it right, THEY ARGUED WITH ME MORE. I will not be going back there ever again.

First time, and last time. There was a plastic wrapper in my grilled chicken salad.Spinach and cucumbers were browning.For the amount I paid I at the least wanted fresh vegetables.

Great service. Food was just OK. Ohio can't seem to do Mexican food like I would get in Arizona. Very disappointing. I have been to every Mexican restaurant in Fairfield and not one can truly pull off a great Mexican dish. Its only "OK", but not great.

This place always seems to have a full house, but until tonight, I'd never eaten there. Let's just say I will be making many return visits!! Very delicious!

Horrible service, server never came back to table. Food was old and cold. Management didn't care and didn't offer an explanation, or a sorry.. nothing! Just didn't care. Used to be good now its horrible.

I honestly didn't think I would be out the first day restaurants open back up but I was. Had a good time, good food and good service. Got a margarita to go.

Pretty good. Lots of choices on the menus. They were definitely on top of the social distancing wagon to keep everyone safe.

Best place hands down. You order and taco that's what you get. Loaded with all of the best possible goodies. I'm lucky to eat two of them and they serve four. It has the best sour cream. Oh I forgot to say they bring the best salsa and chips when they seat you. I think I will have to go here later in the week.

First time at this place. The place is very nice. Clean. Food is pretty good. They are a little pricey, but it's good.

VERY RUDE WAITRESS AND I GOT THE WRONG ORDER AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN IT TO HER AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED OFF. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK, AS MUCH AS I LOVE THERE FOOD. NO FAMILIER FACES, SO MAYBE DIFFERENT OWNERS NOW.

Authentic delicious food. Very friendly, polite & competent staff. Clean. Beautiful restaurant.

The food is always top notch. The portions are large. I've tried most items on the menu and they are all extremely flavorful and delicious. The servers always Hustle and never leave you sitting for too long before asking if you need anything. The management is second to none and they always make you feel like you are the most important person in that restaurant at that moment.

My food came out very fast and the people that worked there was extremely friendly
